We'll also need you to share a copy of the death certificate before we can send out any notifications, but you can upload this later. We'll also need you to confirm that you are the person authorised to act on behalf of the deceased.

  • Tell Us Once is a service provided by the government that lets you report a death to most government organisations. We can take care of notifying Tell Us Once for you, or if you prefer, you can do this yourself.
